NO-CODE CPQ
Speed up time to close
Alguna's no-code CPQ lets your sales team build accurate quotes for any pricing model, route discounts for approval, and collect e-signatures, all without engineering.
Keep your standard clauses, such as payment terms, liability and data privacy, in one clause library with a full change history.
Two-way sync with Salesforce and HubSpot. Create quotes from opportunities, write deal value, status and renewal date back to the CRM, and close the opportunity when the quote is signed.
USAGE-BASED BILLING
Usage pricing without engineering effort
Turn raw events into billable metrics in a few clicks: count events, add up a value, count unique users, or take the average or peak.
Filter by any property, such as region or plan tier, and reuse the same metric across products.
Define features and quotas on each plan, and let your product check what a customer can access through the API. Set up usage threshold alerts to email customers they hit certain limits.
ROBUST BILLING ENGINE
Billing that can keep up with your pricing
Most billing tools are built for one plan, one price, and one invoice a month. Today's B2B contracts don't look like that.
Alguna was built for complex contracts from the start. Every term is modeled in the product, every change is tracked, and every invoice and revenue schedule is calculated from the same record.
Alguna makes sure you never end up with another spreadsheet, manual credit notes, and month-end checks.
AI-NATIVE PLATFORM
AI agents that do the revenue work, under your rules
Alguna's agents chase overdue invoices, answer revenue questions, set up subscriptions from contracts and catch revenue that slips through.
Our revenue agents work on the same record as your contracts and invoices. They start in draft mode, you choose what needs approval, and every action they take is logged.
Plus, your revenue teammate, Una AI is always by your side. We built Una AI so your whole team can get answers and get work done faster, whether they're in Alguna all day or once a month.
Frequently Asked Questions: Alguna vs Tabs
How is Alguna different from Tabs?
Both give finance a structured system for contracts, invoicing and reporting. The difference is upstream and downstream of the invoice. Alguna takes raw usage events and does the aggregation itself, models conditional and multi-metric pricing without contract changes, covers quoting through revenue recognition on one agreement, and lets you control every customer-facing invoice and email.
When is Tabs a good fit?
If your billing is mostly fixed-fee contracts that your finance team runs by hand, and you mainly need contract-led invoicing and reporting, Tabs is a credible option that finance teams rate well. Teams tend to look at Alguna when usage data, pricing complexity, or engineering involvement grows.
Tabs reads our signed contracts. How does Alguna get our contract terms?
In Alguna the contract starts as a quote. Once it's signed and activated, the quote becomes the subscription and billing schedule, so there's nothing to extract or re-key. Contracts you've already signed are migrated by our team during onboarding, along with your products, pricing and customers.
Do we have to send usage as a CSV?
No. Send events through the API in real time or in batches, or connect BigQuery or ClickHouse. CSV upload is there for backfills and historical data. Alguna applies your filters and aggregation, so you send events as they happen rather than a monthly summary.
How much engineering work does Alguna need?
Pricing, quotes, contracts and invoices are set up in the dashboard without code. Usage is the one place engineers are involved: they send raw events to the API, or you connect BigQuery or ClickHouse, and Alguna handles aggregation and pricing from there.
Can we migrate from Tabs without disrupting billing?
Yes. We migrate your products, pricing and contracts with you, then replicate a billing cycle in sandbox and in parallel with Tabs, and reconcile every invoice against what Tabs produced before you switch. Billing moves to Alguna on the date you agree, with our team watching the first invoices and payments.
Does Alguna integrate with NetSuite?
Yes. Alguna posts invoices, credit memos and customers to NetSuite using the item and class mapping you approve, keeps each invoice in its own currency, and lists anything it can't sync for review instead of guessing.
