Business details are the organization-level facts Alguna prints on quotes, invoices and receipts and uses as defaults: your trading and legal names, the billing support address customers reply to, the currency your revenue is reported in, and your billing address and tax registration. Set them once, before you create products or send anything to a customer; they are part of the legal entity every invoice is issued from.
Open Settings → Organization → Business details — production or sandbox.

Business information

  1. The name your business operates under (trading name)
  2. The legal name of your business
  3. A billing support email for customer inquiries — the reply-to on customer emails
  4. The preferred currency for revenue tracking and insights. Customers are still billed in their own currency; see Currencies and Multi-currency

Billing and tax information

  1. Your business’s billing address, printed on invoices
  2. If applicable, your tax information — tax country and Tax ID / VAT number — used on invoices and by tax calculation
  3. Your business website, used as a default redirect where one is needed
Click Save to store your changes.
